All of our classes are aimed at Mixed Levels who have no current injuries and who want to work on correcting posture, developing deep core strength, improving flexibility, creating a leaner physique, preventing Injury and most importantly enjoying all the health benefits that come along with regular Pilates exercise whatever your age!

Tuesday 6.30pm – In-House & Online – Weekly Special Fitness Pilates (Mixed Levels)

Join us In-house or Online for a Weekly Pilates Special!! – Ideal for those who prefer a more challenging take on Pilates. Faster paced, more dynamic movements to improve Strength, Tone and Mobility! Thursdays 10am – In HouseA Specialised Standing & Mat Based Pilates, with seated adaptions for those that need it (Aimed at our more senior members)

Fridays 9.45am – Live & Online – Specialised Seated & Standing Pilates (Super Seniors & Beginners)  

Aimed at our more senior members and those wanting to focus on stability, build strength and improve mobility and balance to avoid injury. Whatever your age this class aims to encourage movement and adopt healthier lifestyles preventing injury and improving general health – ideal for complete beginners and those new to exercise.

Saturdays 9am – Live & Online Fitness Pilates (Mixed Level)  

Created for those who prefer a more challenging take on Pilates. Faster paced dynamic movements to encourage strength and stability in those weaker muscle groups. A different special each week to encourage continual stimuli to the whole body and keep each class fresh and fun so you’ll never get bored!

In House Pilates Classes & Courses

 PlusWith a maximum of 8 people to a class, ensuring a comfortable and friendly environment offering 1-1 attention in a small group setting. We ensure you perform to your potential and offer modifications, progressions and variations for each member dependent on individual ability.

Tuesday 6.30pm – Online and/or Alfresco – Weekly Special Fitness Pilates (Mixed Levels) Keep a look out for our Alfresco Summer 2024 Pop Ups where you can join me in person outside on the beautiful grounds of The Fit Hut, Pottenend.

Join us in-house or alfresco (weather depending) for a Weekly Pilates Special!! – Ideal for those who prefer a more challenging take on Pilates. Faster paced, more dynamic movements to improve Strength, Tone and Mobility! Suitable for Mixed Levels.

Thurdays 10am – A Specialised Standing & Mat Based Pilates, with seated adaptions for those that need it (Aimed at our more senior members) 

Suitable for complete beginners, this class takes you through the basic movement patterns either in seated or standing helping you maintain strength, improve posture and prevent injury. Ease back into exercise, preventing muscle loss and weakness through the aging process. A slow and precise Fitness Pilates class designed to correct alignment issues for better results and enhanced performance.
