This programme is Ideal for those that wouldn’t work out in a normal gym environment and want more 1-1 focus and attention. We help you develop a real training focus suited to your fitness goals, build your confidence with using different exercise techniques and equipment. And most importantly make sure you enjoy and feel good each and every time you train with us at the Fit Hut.

Our Lift Lean training sessions run Mornings, afternoons and evenings and we have no more than 8 people to any one session, so everyone gets personal attention during their workout. The training times are flexible to you can pick and choose your training times that best suit your schedule. And we are continually updating our timetable as demand grows!
Whatever your current shape or fitness level the Lift Lean programme is unique to you. Each programme and exercise can be modified and adapted to ensure that everyone that works with us can work to their best potential and fitness level without the fear of injury or feeling left out.
