How much does it cost?

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional value for the level of coaching we provide. Our services range in price from Pay As You Go sessions from £8, to monthly memberships to suit your needs, to a fully comprehensive 12 week training plan of small group personal training sessions for £495.

Am I fit enough to join a class/group?

All our sessions are ideal for any fitness level. You will be made to feel welcome in any of our sessions so you can become part of the non judgemental, friendly community.

How often will I need workout to see results?

Your body is unique and everyone responds slightly differently to training. However, as a general rule of thumb, especially if you are just starting out we encourage you to focus on doing activities you enjoy and and develop consistency. We typically suggest making time for 2-3 sessions per week to see results. Obviously the more you commit and more consistent you are the more likely you are to see results.

What form of exercise is the best for weight-loss?

Simply put, any type of exercise that you are going to stick to will lead to results. Weight-loss varies from person to person depending on how much weight you have to lose to begin with. The key ingredient to successful weight-loss whatever the exercise programme you choose, is to focus on habits and behaviours.

Should I feel sore after a workout?

DOMS (Delayed Muscle Onset Soreness) is a totally normal physiological response by the body that happens when you challenge it to perform something it’s not accustomed to doing. The degree of soreness experienced from one person to another can be highly individual.
