My name is Joanna Regardsoe and I understand just how difficult it can be to lose weight and keep it off.These days I love fitness, and it’s a massive part of my life. However it wasn’t always like that. After leaving university I found myself in my early 20’s overweight, unhappy and lacking confidence. I decided to make a change. Despite trying many different diets and fitness regimes nothing worked for me long term. I decided to learn why some plans work and why others don’t. I found that making sure the exercise I was doing was fun, and the nutrition strategy was simple and effective was key.
Once I cut through all the hype and heavily marketed products on the market I was able to create an effective and easy to follow plan for myself.I soon started see results and ended up looking over 5 stone in weight, the impact of which changed my whole life.
Getting my mindset right was the key.Today I help other women achieve their goals, especially as I can relate to your journey. Now as the years have passed I have found other challenges to contend with. Physical changes related to the passing of the years. My body doesn’t respond the way it used to and my hormones are very different.Becoming stronger, fitter and doing more has helped me feel better, more confident and cope with day to day life much more easily.
